Separate table near registration for scrutineer team (Tricor / Computershare / HKSG). They set up their own ballot tools; we provide power outlets + the table position. Pre-set 1 hr before doors open.
Chair + CEO + IR table
Front-of-room table for chair, CEO, IR director, possibly CFO. Microphone connected to PA. Pre-positioned signage / nameplates if CoSec provides them.
Shareholder Q&A mic position
Standing microphone in the audience aisle for shareholders to ask questions. Handheld mic for roving steward to take to seated shareholders. Both pre-tested before doors open.
Slide deck display
TV for AGM deck: chair's report, CEO's update, audited financial statements walk-through, items for resolution, voting instructions.
Separate board pre-meeting space
5/F lift lobby is private when in use — chair-CEO-IR can have a 30-min briefing 1 hr before AGM doors open. For more privacy, adjacent Star House room available on request.
Layout reset for AGM+EGM
