Do you have a real TV, not just a TV?
Yes. A TV is available. Confirm device connection requirements before booking.
How many mock investors can I invite?
6 to 12 in pitch-panel layout (chairs facing the presenter, no table). Up to 25 in theatre layout if you want a real demo-day audience for a dress rehearsal. Up to 30 in mixed layout (some seated, some standing at the back). For a 1-on-1 pitch coach session, the U-shape is more conversational.
Can I get a recording of my pitch rehearsal?
You can bring your own camera or use a phone on a tripod — there are good filming angles from the back of the room and the side. We don't provide professional video kit, but the lighting and acoustics are good enough that a phone-on-tripod recording is usable for self-review. WhatsApp Mr. Fu if you want a recommendation for a HK videographer who knows the venue.
Do you do recurring weekly pitch practice for accelerator cohorts?
Yes. Accelerator programmes booking 4 or more consecutive weeks (same day, same time) get the 10% multi-week discount. We can pre-set the TV source, mic mode and chair layout so each session starts immediately — saves 5 to 10 minutes of setup time when your founders are racing the clock.
Can I book the venue for the actual demo day, not just rehearsal?
Yes. Theatre layout for 25, with overflow standing for 30+. Catering arrangements (coffee, tea, snacks) available — flat HK$800 add-on. We've hosted accelerator demo days, university entrepreneurship programme finals, and angel-investor pitch nights. Block your venue 4+ weeks ahead for demo days falling on weekday evenings.
